What We’re Looking For
We are seeking a full-time Growth Analyst to generate new business opportunities for FluxPilot. This role is vital to our team, as a successful candidate will significantly contribute to driving sales and enhancing our go-to-market processes.
In addition to driving essential revenue for our company, we are excited about the growth potential for this position. Historically, we have successfully promoted diligent growth analysts to other sales roles! We are looking for someone with the right attitude and skills to advance into a more impactful and successful career with us.
At FluxPilot, you will be:
Identifying new opportunities within target VC and enterprise accounts.
Recognizing product champions and key personas within those target accounts.
Coordinating and supporting AE discovery meetings.
Identifying and suggesting improvements to our processes.
Bonus Points If You Have:
Experience in similar roles, with relevant customers and products is a plus. We welcome first-time sales candidates, but we also value more experienced hires.
Technical skills or the ability to quickly learn software products.

Compensation
Salary ranges from $60k to $75k, plus variable pay based on quotas and equity depending on experience.
